tornados!!

The tornado that struck Aurora, Colorado has been rated an EF1with 100 mph winds by the National Weather Service (actual photo of the tornado 10 minutes from us) :) Cool huh?
So i've never been anywhere with tornados until now. Last sunday while in Sacrament it started pouring hail the size of golf balls. It was so loud on the metal roof. Then tornoado warning sirens went off. There were a few tornados only 10 minutes from our house. It was pretty exciting, but I'm pretty sad we didn't see them. So then on wednesday the sirens went off again so we went outside to look for them, but saw nothing....so we went and played in teh crazy rain storm. I LOVE playing in the rain...Bryce on the other hand likes to be warm and dry. I convinced him finally (after playing in the rain by myself a few times) to ride his bike with me through the puddles and go slip n sliding through deep puddles in the grass. It was pretty fun. We got so muddy and disgusting slip n sliding, but Bryce said he was happy he went...I don't know if it's because he doesn't have to worry about me giving him a hard time anymore or if he had a sliver of fun!! :)

Oh my word! That's crazy! I've never been in a tornado either, I wouldn't even know what to do! We should both read up on our facts about what to do during tornados or hurricanes. Cool picture though. And now, you can say that you've been in a tornado! Slip n' Slide in the grass... SOUNDS SO FUN!!!!

Your story reminds me of the time you and Kammi slippery slid in your clothes at EFY. The photos of that day are priceless. Glad you got some excitement without getting hit by the tornado!
