I think we've found it!
SO I think we've found our future home. We won't know for sure for a week when we're pre approved for a loan and Bryce's friend Spencer (who lives down there in TX) goes and checks it out. It's 24,000 single wide (16x76) has a fenced in yard with 3 trees, a sweet 10x18 storage shed, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an island kitchen, and it's 1216 sq. feet. we love it and are super excited. we won't even have to do much to it, but it definately needs some colorful paint! NO MORE WHITE WALLS FOR ME!!! we are so excited. Whoo hoo!!

wow- you are brave for getting a home before seeing it in real life- i think i would have to fly out there first. did you get a good deal? is it in a park?? i want details.
