Well, for everyone who I haven't called yet... (sorry), I should inform you that I have been accepted into the graduate program at Texas A&M. We will be there for at least 5 years because I am getting my Ph.D. It will be fun and I've had a good feeling about Texasfrom the beginning. We will probably get a house too because they are so cheap. My letter said that I wouldn't bec getting an assistantship or anything so that made me nervous. So I wrote the graduate coordinator and asked him a few questions and he told me that some people that were offered assistantship will go to different schools and that other people who are too busy will just reject an assistantship. So he said that funding will be figured out over the next 5 months. I still haven't heard back from Washington St. or Purdue, but unless they give me an offer impossible to refuse, we'll be going to Texas. Tuition is twice as much at WSU and just a little less than twice as much at Purdue. School starts the 31st of August, so we have a lot to do until then. See you all later.

Congratulations Bryce. What excatly are you getting you Ph.D in? I know it has something to do with law enforcement, but I'm not sure about the specifics.

Yippy skip!!! I'm so excited! Now, we'll only be like 9 1/2 hours away from each other, but at least we'll be in the same state! Yeah for Texas schools!!! Congrats! We're so excited for you!!!
That is so cool. I have always wanted to go to Texas I think it would be awesome! You guys will love it. Let us know how it goes. If you need anything you know who to call! We miss you guys
Congrats! We're excited for you and glad to have you in the state. Sierra, We've moved coast to coast and I think you can have a blast anywhere you live. You and Bryce are fun and it's people that you connect with that make the difference. Texas has some great people (like us)! Every place has some downsides and upsides...focus on the good stuff and you can't go wrong! You are right, the cost of living here is cheaper...we get hot in the summer, but of course winters are short. Look forward to seeing you!
