Our Dead Car!!

Our car's dead! Some guy pulled out right in front of Bryce and so Bryce hit the corner of their car, he spun around, a truck hit the back and our car's toast! The funny part about it is that he was just coming home to get a dry pair of socks!! :) The good news is that he got them! THe other vehicles barely even had a scratch, so that's good and their insurance is paying for everything, which is sweet because as of now we're really enjoying our 2007 rental Impala that they're providing. It's got an automatic start which is pretty nice in this cold weather. We're hoping to get a new car in Utah sometime in the next couple of weeks. It's so sad seeing our car in this condition....the car that Bryce picked me up in on our first date! :( Sad...I'm just glad Bryce is O.K.

SNOW

Hey! Well for the last month it's snowed like 4 feet. It's insane...the other night it snowed 8" so it's getting up there. One lady who's lived here for 17 years said that this is the most snow she's ever seen. The other day I walked through it since no one else was enjoying it and it was up to my waste! It was crazy. Then I plopped down on my back in it and it devoured me, hence the reason you can only see my pants!! :) Bryce and I have been building a snow cave with some friends and we're going to sleep in it when we're all done. It's pretty sweet. It's like 10 feet by 6 feet. We're having fun, but I'm so sore!!! My forearms are killing me from all that shoveling. We went cross country skiing yesterday for our first time...I was bored out of my mind but it was a really good work out. Bryce had fun and it was nice being able to spend some quality time together...with our schedules that doesn't happen very often! Well I gotta go, but I'll send some more pictures when we're done with our snow mansion. :)

The Christmas Cruise!

Formal Dinner night

So
for those of you who don't know, WE WENT ON A CRUISE for Christmas!!! It was sooo much fun. We had a blast and it was so much fun spending time with the family. We went to the Bahamas, Jamaica, and the Grand Caymans. We went snorkeling, and we climbed up some beautiful water falls in Jamaica called Dunn's Falls. They were gorgeous. Everyone told us we'd gain like 40 pounds, which for those of you who know me is impossible, but the boat was so big that we'd eat and then walk it all off just going from dinner to our room. It was a blast though. Kinda weird to be surrounded by ocean and only being able to see other cruise ships, but really neat. Jamaicans aren't very nice, but they do say "no problem" which we thought was pretty dang cool. Every day when Roque (our friendly housekeeper) cleaned our room, he'd have a cool animal made of towels and washcloths and stuff, which was so fun. I got excited every time we went into our room. Well, that's about it....It was WONDERFUL!!!

My Birthday!!

I'm 20!! Man that's old. I still don't remember when people ask me how old I am I still find myself saying 18 sometimes! I don't think I'm ever going to grow up inside. I'll always feel like the rebellious 16 year old teenager that I was.
My friends brought me a mcdonalds bag with marshmallow hamburger, frieds and candy ketchup. It was disgusting, but it was so cute! Bryce got me a 35$ gift card for porters (my favorite store) and i had a blast making crafts. I got lots of cute stuff for my birthday thanks to my wonderful family and in laws. It was a good day.

Our jobs!!!

Bryce is a cop! This is him all ready to go and looking great! He looks so cute in his uniform....when we're together and he's all dressed up i don' feel like his wife...I feel like some criminal...it's weird!!

I'm working in a cute little salon here in Rexburg....I have a pretty goo clientele, so that's nice, but it's not as busy as I'd like it!!

Halloween 2007

Bryce and I were cat woman and batman...Bryce said we were the "economically friendly" ones becuase we made our costumes from clothes we had, my salon cape, electrical tape and 99 cent masks, which I added ears to. It was fun. I chickened out too much to go to the haunted mill...but we went to a friends house for free food and then watched the "Skeleton Key". If you haven't seen it, i suggest you go rent it...it's good. We also carved pumpkins...Bryce always makes a cute funny one and mine are always scary....it's kinda funny. Last year, he put hair on his pumpkin....well he carved hair on his pumpkin! What a weirdo!!
